Overall Satisfaction with isolved
I am just learning the system. The payroll and hires features are very but it seems like there may be more features that could be expanded. It's definitely better than SAP/Success Factors
- Ihire very customizable
- detailed reporting

- Reporting there are so many reports descriptions or samples would be helpful
- iHire time to fill reporting would require you not to refresh postings ever 30 days
- Customer service -when I call they direct me to email. When I email, they just brush off the issues to close the ticket- no real solutions
- Months have gone by and we receive errors in our feed and our iSolved team has no resolution
