Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn

We use iSpring for new employee training/education and employees being promoted or moving to new areas. We only use for in house courses that we create and manage. We are a global organization.

Pros

  • Easy to setup a new user and enroll in courses
  • Cloud based and easy to access and use
  • We have hardly any need to support - meaning works well

Cons

  • I am not sure I fully understand the entire product suite
  • Maybe a more continuous relationship with an account manager
  • Positive - standardized training with little need for help
We use NINJIO for a completely different use - cyber awareness training - iSpring is internal training on our processes
