Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn

We use iSpring as one of many tools to create innovative learning experiences across key sustainability topics and languages for our leading-edge learning platform. These resources provide business leaders and practitioners with the skills and knowledge they need to move their companies further faster in implementing key sustainable development goals.

Pros

  • ease of use
  • customer support
  • ease of collaboration

Cons

  • no mac support
  • product differentiation - confusing to navigate between iSpring Learn / iSpring Cloud (knowing which product/access we have with a subscription)
  • engages more groups in different countries with repackaged/localized content
  • saves time with course authoring
  • still need to use other tools for course authoring, is one of many tools we can use (we don't consider it a "one-stop shop")
Great support! Knowledgable support team with quick responses and follow up. Solved all of my issues with in a few hours to a day. Also were helpful with changing account owners and answering any other questions we had.
We are using iSpring with older products designed with external developers, so the content has already been created and we use it to translate/localize content for different markets. For new course design we partner with external developers and use Articulate 360 and other tools as they are more robust and can create a wider variety of learning offerings

iSpring is well suited to repackaging of courses into different languages using powerpoint files. It is less of a robust L&D authoring tool such as Articulate Rise/360, which offers many more course types to suit different use cases, and also includes numerous new AI features to assist with course creation.
