Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite

We develop online courses for the Aviation Maintenance sector, particularly FAA Repair Stations. It is used by both myself and the president of the company. It addresses mandatory training our clients must conduct or undergo. It has been a very helpful tool in accomplishing that end.

Pros

  • Video editing.
  • Audio narration
  • Interactive quiz development.

Cons

  • Object orientation.
  • Advanced video editing features.
  • Course outline enhancements.
  • ROI has been easily evaluated and worth the investment.
  • It has been a product with tremendous customer/technical support.
  • New features are always released!
Both of the above-mentioned products are pricier and while they may deliver more advanced featured, iSpring is capable of delivering satisfactory results.

iSpring support has always been there and gone the extra mile to provide instruction and solutions to problems I have encountered. Megan at iSpring was on top of her game when she answered my direct call to iSpring. She was immediately able to assess the issue and provide a workable solution.

I am actually unsure if we have premium support. All I know is when we call tech support, they answer and provide a workable solution for us to apply. I cannot think of a time after using iSpring for over 6 years now where we were unable to get an issue resolved.
After a long day and under a self imposed deadline, I phoned support to see if they could help. I spoke with support, the tech provided instruction to implement a solution but when I attempted to apply it, it didn't work. This was due to a mistake on my part. When I phoned back later in the evening EST, I spoke with Megan in tech support and we were able to get the issue resolved. WORKED PERFECTLY!
