Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite

We use this to make training quizzes and courses for our staff. Mostly for warehouse and driver positions.

Pros

  • User friendly power-point based quiz making
  • AI document summarizing and quick quiz-making
  • Easy to make engaging content.

Cons

  • Sometimes going between the main iSpring Suite, the powerpoint add-on and the web site depending on what your current need is can be confusing at first.
  • Haven't used it long enough to have hard figures but I already know it's going to cut the time spent on making courses for our staff in half - and have a better result at the end.
It's very user friendly and intuitive, and any time I have needed help or pointers, the staff has been very responsive and helpful.
Our primary course and quiz creator was using Google Forms - iSpring Suite is several times better. Easier to use and makes more engaging content instead of bland questions that are easily ignorable by the user.

I think it's great for quick and thorough quiz and content creation. It's very handy if you already have a lot of documentation (like SOPs and Policies) that you want to make a quiz or course out of, or help to make them more engaging and readable.
