Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite

We use iSpring Suite to create online training workshops. This has allowed us to turn the training videos which we produce into more rounded programmes. We only started using the software relatively recently but have already had a great experience and the clients we have shown the results to have been impressed.

Pros

  • Creating quizzes to test knowledge is extremely useful.
  • The integration with PowerPoint makes using iSpring very easy if you are already familiar with ppt.
  • We have found the variety of features really gives us the options to be creative when putting content together.

Cons

  • Some features appear to allow as much design flexibility as would be useful.
  • Access to content for mobile users is not great in terms of format.
  • Within a very short timeframe (under 4 weeks) we were able to deliver something a client asked for which was outwith our normal service range.
  • We have been able to create customised demos for prospective clients extremely quickly.
I have stopped short of a 10 on the basis of some of the functionality not being as intuitive to learn as it might be. There also appears to be a bit of work needing to be done to make the outputs truly mobile friendly which for us would be a big deal.
Based on reviews we went straight to iSpring and because we liked it, found it easy to use and it delivered what we needed we haven;t evaluated any other options.

Induction training courses are well suited to iSpring Suite. In our experience during their lifetime these often need to be updated. This is a very simple process within the software and gives us a great competitive edge when we are able to meet a client's requirements quickly. So far we haven't found any instances where it is less appropriate. That's not to say they don't exist just that we haven't encountered one yet.
