Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our team needs training at their convenience whether its after hours or on weekends. We use iSpring Suite and iSpring Learn to create and send training modules to our team. We can track their learning and success through the quiz module. We like the characters and backgrounds which make it fun to learn a new skill.

I've created dozens and dozens of courses, improving our team's learning capabilities.
Our objective was to get new hires up to speed on some basic skills, this frees their supervisor up to teach them more advanced skills.

Usability

The product is easy to use and can be managed wherever you have access to the internet. Every day I learn how I can use iSpring Suite in a new way like text to speech. I was going to do a voice over but iSpring Suite made it so easy for me to input the text and have it do its own voice over.

The product is easy to use but when I run into difficulties, the customer service technicians are quick to help me resolve the issue.
