iSpring Suite is the best!
Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite
I am the Training Director for a large aerospace facility. I'm required to send out FAA-mandated training courses to all employees up to 12 times per year. iSpring Suite makes it easy for me to create site-specific training courses that include quizzes. I'm able to track all the quiz results and make sure that we stay compliant with our federal training requirements. Because of iSpring Suite's user friendliness, I'm able to easily create new courses each year for each category, rather than just recycle the same courses year after year. It's a huge benefit for me.

- Creating and connecting a quiz to a presentation is sometimes trickier than I'd like it to be
- Rather than create a quiz separately and connecting it to a presentation, I'd like to be able to actually create the quiz as part of the presentation
- Custom designed training courses to fit my facility. This is a huge benefit over pre-designed corporate training courses that deal in generalities only
- Because of the ease of use, iSpring Suite allows me to create new courses each year for the same subjects, rather than recycling the same content year after year
- Being able to use quizzes to track the completion rate of the course and the success rate of the training is a huge benefi
iSpring Suite is the only product I've used since I've been in my current role and I'm glad for that. It was so easy to learn and so easy to become proficient with that it makes hard for me to even imagine a product exists that will work better for me.

I did not purchase premium support. I didn't know that was an option and, quite frankly, I feel like the support provided to me when I needed it was already at a premium level.
I will look into what premium support offers to me as a loyal subscriber for the future.

After a corporate buyout we had a full system migration, and we lost our iSpring Suite software in the process. I contacted customer support, they verified my subscription and sent a link for a new download. However, because of continuing issues from the migration I wasn't able to get the software properly downloaded and working. Two different customer support reps worked with me constantly until they identified my issue and provided me the solution. I couldn't be more impressed with the high level of customer support they provided me. Just outstanding work.
