Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
Jabber is being used as a instant messenger tool for our university. The system allows for phone and outlook integration in order to show when you are busy with meetings or phone calls and when you are free to chat. The system also supports video calling which we are not currently using at the moment.
