Jabber is an easy to use yet powerful IM/VOIP/screen share solution that speeds communication and provides instant context on fellow co-workers' location and status.
- Presence, very easy to use, shows up in Outlook, easy to set from any device.
- Core IM is great, simple and pretty to look at.
- Softphone is awesome compared to having a deskphone, freedom!
- Ability to set presence before leaving the office and having it stick (i.e. on vacation instead of switching to offline).
- Speeds communication between associates.
- Less e-mail!
- Lync
Lync is frustrating to use and set up, Jabber is easy!
