Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro

We are an Apple based managed service provider. Jamf allows our clients to securely manage their devices, making compliance and employee onboard using/off boarding a snap.
  • Centralized inventory of devices.
  • Remote management and policy enforcement.
  • Reporting and device usage statistics.
  • Jamf Pro Policies that will retry if they fail.
  • Making IT services more efficient.
  • Freeing up our field engineers time by being able to work on issues remotely.
  • Providing added value for our monthly services.
Jamf Pro has the most mature, best supported product.
Good for any environment where there is a fleet of Apple devices that need to be managed to any extent (low to high touch). Jamf Pro is probably not appropriate for smaller deployments of less than 50 devices where there is no growth planned. In those instances I’d recommend Jamf Now.
