Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro

Jamf Pro is used across our whole organization. It allows our technicians to systematically manage more devices than they could on their own while providing a consistent user experience.
  • It allows for many customized workflows.
  • It has smart groups allowing for dynamic configurations.
  • The cloud version is fast and requires no upkeep.
  • App licensing needs some work.
  • Technician permissions could use more granularity.
  • It’s not cheap.
  • We have been able to reduce staffing needs to manage our devices
  • Our devices are more functional from a management perspective
Jamf Pro's support and community involvement is second to none. I’ve had nothing but struggle working with Lightspeed’s support. That would be enough to switch on its own, but Jamf Pro is a more capable product as well.
There are some UI and conceptual issues that can make learning it a bit difficult.
Responsive, friendly, helpful. The support request system is useful as well.

If you need to manage a lot of Apple devices, Jamf Pro is the gold standard. While the cost may look intimidating, you will more than make up for it in user productivity and the time it saves you.
