Overall Satisfaction with JAMS

JAMS is a life saver. We use it to automate our account creation processes and maintain data integrations across many systems. JAMS is like another team member who makes sure repeating tasks get taken care of. We pull HR data from one system and automatically load it to our Active Directory keeping our Mail Address book up to date with Job Titles and Work Locations.

JAMS is great for dependency based scheduling. In a previous role, we scheduled jobs to happen on a Time schedule. If an *pm job failed, nothing would stop a 9pm job from running. Dependency scheduling ensures that scripts don't run unless their dependent scripts complete without error. This means Batch stops if there is an issue and does not create new issues.
