Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR
We use JazzHR throughout our whole HR department as well as managers in other departments that help with recruitment and applicant tracking.
- Customize-able workflows (recruiting stages) for applicants to go through.
- Great reporting usage and organization.
- Very user friendly.
- Overall a great applicant tracking system that allows you to add tons of information and be detailed throughout the hiring process.
- The reporting could be better, not as many options as I would like. For example, you can't see when an applicant was put in a certain stage in your recruiting process. And it wont let you see how many people you hired in the last 90 days, it will only show people you hired who APPLIED in the last 90 days.
- Would be nice if they let us organize workflows and email templates based on location or recruiter (not all locations use the same email formats)
- This has really helped us organize our recruiting process. We used to use spreadsheets only and things could easily get lost in this process.
- We are able to hire people quicker than ever before due to us being able to see what stage applicants are in and what stages they are stuck in.
- Reports have also shown us where we can better improve our processes and compare from month to month on how long it takes us to hire someone from the moment an applicant applies.
I only used one other applicant tracking system in the past and it was My Staffing Pro. I didn't like the way this was used at my last company and it was not as customizable as JazzHR, but this was years ago.
