Overall Satisfaction with Jira Work Management
Jira Work Management is used to track Engineering requests that come from Support, or other parts of the business when interfacing mainly with customer issues and we need either engineering or a technical architect to help with the problem. We try to include as much details as possible, including screen shots to hopefully shorten the time span of getting resolution.
Pros
- Interacting between Jira Work Management and communications tools to provide updates on ticket
- Allow the addition of customer names affected by an issue
- Tagging users in comments/responses
Cons
- The search tool, at times, doesn't work as well as one would hope
- If you don't have anything, you need something and Jira Work Management can be that if implemented well.
- Ensure you set expectations from the start to keep Jira Work Management clean, tidy and organized.
- If possible, conduct periodic audits.
