Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
JobDiva is being used by our whole organization. It allows us to track staff members and keep their profile updated.
Pros
- JobDiva allows us to add and edit candidates as needed
- JobDiva allows us to contact candidates via email or text without leaving the system/
- JobDiva sends notifications of new positions via email.
- JobDiva is easy to access on my personal computer of via their app on my cellphone.
Cons
- We would prefer a calculator be added to job openings and update accordingly.
- JobDiva would work better if you could have multiply tabs open while working on different things.
- JobDiva would work best if their was a save option in order to continue work the next day.
- ROI really is not my department. However, compared to our last system our numbers have increased.
- We are able to track candidates efficiently which will improve our bottom line.
- JD allows us to send contracts to candidates in which we no longer have to carry an expense via DocuSign.
Prior to JD we used a system called Resumate, which was very outdated to the point we could not edit a note after making it. although a small feature having the ability on JD really helps. We also could not submit candidates via resumate, receive notifications or list job requisitions.
