Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
JobDiva is a great tool that we use in order to keep track of job application candidates and to manage the entire job pipeline.
- The interface is super easy to use.
- The support team is super helpful.
- The layout is intuitive.
- Search function could be improved.
- Definitely could add some functionality for applicants later in the funnel.
- Sometimes glitches.
- Definitely helps us to save time and make sure our team can stay on task and do other things without taking tons of time to sift through applicants.
- Cost is not very high and we make back the cost in time saved.
I have not used anything else besides JobDiva, but it has done the trick for our team!
