Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

JobDiva is being used by our team in order to keep track of all job submissions that happen and is a central place for us to post jobs, manage candidates, interviews, and our career pipeline as a whole. It helps us to stay organized.

Pros

  • Organization.
  • Candidate pipeline.
  • Collection and storage of relevant information.
  • Customer support is great.

Cons

  • I wish we were able to host calling and interviews through the platform as it would make it much easier.
  • Integrations could be improved.
  • It has helped us make the process smoother of hiring.
  • Shows all candidates and data in one place.
  • Cost is not too high.
I have not used anything else like this but it is a great platform that works very well. Also combines well with LinkedIn.
The support team is super helpful and can solve any issues you have.
