We primarily used it for screenshares with clients to go over various things in their account.

Easy to customize to your orginization
Cheaper option compared to other softwares

Glitchy
Need high quality wifi connection or there can be major issues on calls
Cheaper option and it shows

Return on Investment

It worked great for us initially and made screenshares easier
Helped us connect with remote workers effectively for weekly calls
Saved time connecting everyone over the phone

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet are better and I prefer them over Join.me. It is a good cheap alternative.

It works great if you want your screenshares or video conference calls to be company specific and look proffesional. You can put your logo in the background and it makes it look like a specialized experience for clients which is great. It is cheaper to use the same types of features as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Join.me is a great cheap alternative to some of the big name Video Conference Softwares
