Overall Satisfaction with Jolt
We have 19 locations of Mcdonald's restaurants. We use Jolt in each location for digital food safety and shift management.
- Custom lists for food safety that are easily adjusted.
- Creates a one-stop-shop for food safety and shift management.
- Easy to train employees. Jolt is easy to teach managers to use.
- The Jolt support team is a huge help.
- Manage sub-lists easier. We have so many sub-lists it is easy for managers to miss items.
- Create standard food safety reports - 60 days. We can always create additional reports if needed.
- I like being able to follow up by using reports and alerts (text and or email).
- Alerts, charts, and reports make it easy for managers and supervisors to make food safety and shift management routines second nature.
- Jolt works on our tablet so we can use the tablet for training and other needs as well. We are not limited to just food safety. Other vendors only allow their app/product on the tablet. I like having flexibility with the tablet.
- Reducing paper is something we try to do. Being able to print reports and or email them as needed is great.
We tested Squaddle. I was super impressed with the Jolt support team, especially during our initial launch. They made it easy and were very helpful. I liked to have the ability to use the tablet for other needs besides DFS. Being able to download other apps or other McDonald's training is very helpful. It makes the app a one stop place for digital learning and DFS/Shift management. It has become a manager tool kit.
