Overall Satisfaction with JotForm
JotForm is a software that has the ability to create highly functional professional online forms and then can be integrated with social media and websites. It is mainly used by the marketing department to collect customer and potential customer information that can be used for newsletters and other marketing strategies. It makes it also easy to create surveys to get feedback from users.

- Text size cannot be changed currently.
- Designing the form is still limited.
- Customer service is lacking a little bit in resolving issues.

- Integration with other apps such as MailChimp to automate the process.
I chose JotForm as it was easy to use and helped to collect the data I needed. It offered a great deal to sign up with and as a small business, the savings were important to us. JotForm has an easy-to-use interface and creating the forms was a breeze. You don't need to be a developer to add it to your website.
