Use Cases and Deployment Scope

JotForm is fantastic! We use it to get registrations for a coaching service. It is simple, responsive, easy to use. It integrates really well with Excel and we are able to get real time updates on registrations with very little effort. My team and I highly recommend it.

Haven't tried using support. But based on everything else in the system, I imagine it would be good.

Likelihood to Recommend

We are piloting a service that is being tested among some of our members. Given that we do not have any budget to run it, the free JotForm service has been heavensent, and so easy to use. Really appreciate how reliable and robust the system is. We get up to date information at the touch of a button.
