Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use JotForm for all our chapter activities. Including integration with Slack, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Zoom. We just love how sophisticated it is with all its features and tools and yet so simple to use (from designing the form to integrating the third party applications). Highly recommended for those who need a robust form for their business.

Alternatives Considered

JotForm is superior compared to Google Forms in most aspects. However, the lack of collaboration in the free version makes it less attractive if managing several forms. But the form functionality and features makes up for this. JotForm is clean in layout, and provides a user experience like nonother. Highly recommended.

Usability

Best form solution I have used, hands down. The integration option makes it very attractive to use for organizations that want to simplify processes. It was such a breeze to use it, with the friendly user interface and form building is just so intuitive and fun. I really hope they consider opening up more on the free version for non-profit so that we can accommodate more submissions per month.

Support Rating

Because JotForm was so easy to use, I didn't even have to contact support for assistance. It is that simple. So it is hard for me to evaluate support. But in my book, if I don't have any reason to contact support and the tools I am using does what it is supposed to do, then that is a 10 for me.

Likelihood to Recommend

JotForm is really great for event registration, information and feedback gathering. The integration with Zoom makes the experience of inviting participant less stressful with the fresh design options and responsive interface. There is so much you can do with it compared to other form creation services, other than the limitations provided in each tier, this form solution works best for small to medium sized organizations.
