Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
They offer amazing designs and it's so interactive and engaging. I really recommend using Jotform Because I could not find better software than this one. My main problem was clients would get bored with classic forms. This one is good.
- Smart card that used to get more interactive slide-to-slide form fields.
- Very easy to add conditional logics to form fields
- They are so many options to choose with the free version too.
- There are problems with the mobile experience like some fields zoom into the page while you click on it.
- The pricing is too high, it can be less in my opinion.
- Their pricing can be less because I believe that it's too expensive for small businesses.
