Easy to use, easy to implement
Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
I volunteer for a small charity, that supports an archaeological research site. We needed a quick and user-friendly way to view membership details and to add new members when they subscribe. This is a perfect tool for us. It's very easy to create forms, adapt them, apply logical rules and customise resulting views. It's really a very handy tool, that will allow us to manage our membership, effectively. I'd highly recommend it to larger organisations too -- I can see the value in improving processes, submission, and records.
Pros

Cons
- Very US-focused - form elements (e.g. phone number) formats aren't always US-based!
- Forms can be used to update table fields, but not vice versa.
- Managed the onboarding process for new members perfectly.
