Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Jotform is by far the most useful tool we have encountered when it comes to filling our organization's survey needs. As a non-profit organization whose mission is to support maritime research efforts by providing a fleet of science vessels and an experienced crew, we strive to constantly improve our clients’ experience and the efficiency of our services.

The advantages of using Jotform are twofold:
- Clients can now quickly and easily submit ratings and comments
- We are able to track and compute these reviews with greater precision in a fraction of the time (no more manual review accounting)

The workflow goes along like this:
- Our clients submit their reviews
- A summary email is sent to our Operations Supervisor along with a detailed PDF
- The data are then automatically fed into an integrated Google Sheet document
- Simultaneously, the data is automatically interpreted under graph form, while comments are harvested in a comprehensive document for continuous improvement purposes
- Those graphs and comments can then be copied directly into reports destined for the board of representatives to better showcase improvements both done and to come

The graphic report tool feels like it lacks versatility, but we were able to bypass that using the Google Sheets integration

Likelihood to Recommend

If you are a small business and don't expect a lot of feedback in a month, but need to ask many questions, the free version is perfect for you. It's also great if you know how to use Google Sheets and want automated reporting options. It is a lifechanger to prepare board meetings!
