Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

We use Jotform for internal applications like overtime forms, petty cash, and leaves. Using a simple form allowed us to easily streamline the approval processes in our team. We've integrated it in a Microsoft Teams channel for easy access, and with just a few panels, the application is easy, the approval is emailed, and the results are captured via PDF. Saves us a lot of time because of the automation and reduces the need to scan paper then save in the computer.

  • Interface is simple
  • Comprehensive support and FAQ
  • E-signature
  • The price is too high for casual users like myself
  • The automation took some time to figure out (that's understandable)
  • Making the forms look uniform took a lot of time to setup
  • Some parts like the approval emails, notification emails can be confusing
  • Online forms save us time to record the applications
  • You can customize how it looks like, so our team has a branded experience
  • Making the forms took some time and testing (for our needs), but filling up the form and implementing for the team was very easy.
  • I particularly like the e-signature feature because we're still a bit old school. Our team members can acknowledge the form by adding their signature in the end.
Compared to Google and Microsoft, Jotform has a lot more features. I particularly love the e-signature because it makes the form feel more trustworthy for our team.

When compared to the other form builders, it is frankly too expensive for us to use them, while Jotform has just enough features for casual users like us.

Do you think Jotform delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Jotform's feature set?

Yes

Did Jotform live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Jotform go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Jotform again?

Yes

I like that it easily captures the data we need. There are calculator options, so it's best for our petty cash or overtime request, and the date options are best for our leave applications.

It has more features than Google or Microsoft Forms, which could make it a bit more complicated for those who have gotten used to the simplicity of both Google or Microsoft.

Using Jotform

Basic questions like name, email, etc. are easy to program. But it takes a while to fully maximize some of the forms. I did go through several videos and forum posts to learn.
