Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
We use Jotform each day for our small retail store. We have customers who trust in us to do repairs and their RC trucks and we use Jotform to log them in. We also do offsite events and we use the forms for people to sign up for the event. We also use it for raffle drawings. We are still learning all of the options that Jotform has to offer but at this rate we may be using their forms for just about everything in our business. It make life so much easier to tracking and reporting

- basic forms for day to day business
- the only issue we have had is the amount of time it takes to learn all of the benifts
- so far we have not been able to see a direct ROI but we have only been using it for about 10 months
- the time savings has been great
