Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

Quick internal data collection - during COVID, recording vaccine status. We use Jotform to log daily reporting data into a Google Sheet, and the other integrations are excellent too.

Pros

  • Integrate with a variety of apps
  • Securely store data longterm
  • Easy to manage forms & compliant web apps

Cons

  • No joke, it's very good, there's nothing I've seen that I needed that it doesn't have
  • The free access is terrific and suits small use cases
  • I've watched Jotform easily and quickly allow responses in a business with 100 employees

Haven't had any inappropriate scenarios. We use Jotform daily for data entry in a small business that works really efficiently via a web app, as well as for less frequent more-survey length responses. The ability to securely store sensitive data, or easily export other data is fantastic.
