Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using Jotform for contract signatures from our clients. We were previously using Adobe and on the customer side, it was very labor intensive. They would have to download it, fill it out, and then send it back. Moving to Jotform has simplified the process for our customers and we see a higher conversion on sign ups.

Cons

Formatting inside the paragraph inputs. Once I clicked the bullets I couldn't turn it off.
Option for securing the form so it's not public, but I don't have to invite people. Maybe available by link only?

Usability

The step by step guide is very user friendly. Building the form is laid out in a very intuitive way that makes it usable by anyone in our company.

Alternatives Considered

Adobe Acrobat Sign

Jotform is easier for the customers to use. They don't require any plug-ins or special procedures to be able to fill out the form and send it back to us. Adobe was more steps, and didn't always work as we expected. Making changes to the forms were also difficult after the fact.

Likelihood to Recommend

Very easy to use. A lot of other companies like us do not have a lot of expertise in house on how to use or make forms like this. Again, it's all about being easy to use with an end product that is professional.

Regarding your feedback on bullets in the Paragraph element you can press Enter twice to stop the next line from being bulleted. If you want to keep your form private and limit access you can set it to private and share the assigned link.
