Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

For delivery of product and to show proof of condition. The amount of steps to get the route imported into the devices. The app on devices doesn't stay logged in for very long, so while at a customers site we sometimes have to log back into the app to get signatures.

  • With app tech we rely less on paper that can get lost or damaged
  • The ability make stops quicker
  • Tracking the drivers to see where on the routes they are.

For most deliveries it works great getting into the app once product is placed the ability to take pictures for proof and for signatures. It gives the drivers the ability to show that they made there stop and that all products were delivered to the customer. If we get a call saying something was missing or not there we can show that it was.
