Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

We utilize JumpTrack everyday. Its a tool we use to track down our deliveries. We are also able to provide our Customers with a proof of delivery with JumpTrack. Its a tool we need to make our daily work makes sense and insures we are making our deliveries to the correct location.

Pros

  • Provides proof of deliveries
  • Accurate location drop off
  • show the boxes we delivered

Cons

  • Honestly I love it doesn't need any improvement
  • Cost saving for sure Customer call and say I never got this item pull up JumpTrack I have the picture you got this item!
  • Being able to know who got this delivery!
  • having a picture attached to show where it was left
We've tried other programs but Jumptrack really has everything we need on 1 screen that provides the most accurate information to then pass on to our loyal Customers. If there was no JumpTrack I'm not sure what we would use. This program really is the key for all proofs of deliveries.

Everyday when I train someone new I am excited to show them how JumpTrack works! New people often as how do we keep track of our deliveries to insure they are being delivered. JumpTrack! Its so user friendly easy to learn easy to teach. I enjoy going through the motions how to we gain information on our deliveries without reaching out to the drivers directly.
