  • Time savings has been phenomenal as it pertains to proof of deliveries. Particularly for customers who require POD's for every order and have multiple locations.
  • Driver accountability has improved. Reports, when combined, show a full picture of each drivers day. The GPS feature also functions as a de facto speed monitor which improves safety.
  • Driver efficiency has also improved. The ease of use vs paper manifests allows them to complete deliveries quicker and seeing the route on the website gives me the ability to reroute them if needed to make time deadlines in the most efficient way.

  • We are able to easily report driver numbers each Monday staff meeting
  • Allows us to benchmark our drivers on analytics versus guessing
  • More organized results for our drivers and customer service and staff on where the deliveries are for the day

  • The positive cannot be measured in dollars. It is an impression we make with the customer about who we are as a vendor. Makes us look more legitimate.
  • Actual savings - not having to file paperwork weekly/monthly. Not losing as many signed copies. Not storing files for years just to keep up with retention needs.
  • Actual losses - reviewing each and every transaction to place them on the correct route. Completing route optimization for each route and then having to manually update or correct. Manually entering stops and updating addresses if they are not customers in our system for one off projects.
  • I believe this system currently is a Net Zero gain.
  • Plus it costs several hundred dollars per month and I have to spend additional money for data service to track the tablets we use.

  • Saving time in so many areas like filing signed invoices, searching for PODs, GPS, etc.
  • Cost savings because time is money and it saves time
  • Being able to email customers an invoice and having the signature we captured on JumpTrack on that invoice is great and speeds up payment process
  • Helps our drivers be more efficient. Drivers has a toolbox with JumpTrack. GPS, carton counts, and ability to switch routes.
  • JumpTrack helps us not only keep up with our competition but surpass them with being able to see a customer and make a delivery and hand them a device to sign instead of paperwork.

  • Proof of delivery that can be emailed with ease makes accounts receivables job easier on disputed deliveries.
