Overall Satisfaction with Justworks
We use Justworks across the whole company for our payroll and benefits.
Pros
- The benefit choices with Aetna are excellent and very easy to for our employees to choose and renew.
- Payroll is a no-brainer, very easy to set up and manage.
- If you ever have a problem or need to speak to someone you have a dedicated account representative or you can get a hold of someone any time. They are very responsive via email or phone.
- Affordable, I checked out many PEOs before going with Justworks, their prices are great for the services they provide.
- They are always adding new services and benefits.
Cons
- I'm happy with everything so far.
- It's so easy to use; frees up my time for other areas.
Other PEOs just didn't have everything we needed, they seemed old and the websites were not that great. The Justworks sales team was super responsive to all my questions and set up 2 or 3 calls with me to go over the benefits questions I had as well as running the list of doctors our staff uses through Aetna to make sure they would still be available for them after the switch (from Anthem to Aetna).
