It was used as our workflow engine incorporated with InfoPath forms on SharePoint 2007 Standard across the organization.

- Prior to me being on the team, the person I replaced was able to convert many paper form processes into InfoPath/K2 electronic solutions. This was successful at the time and increased employee efficiency.
- Infowise, Turbo, SharePoint Designer and Nintex Workflow
K2 was not my decision, but it was more robust than the other solutions. It just required a much higher learning curve to use it effectively. I liked the ease of use of Infowise and Nintex, but it was lacking some things K2 had. SP Designer is the easiest and most familiar to me, so I'm most comfortable with using it.
