Overall Satisfaction with Kajabi

We use it to host and create our eLearning modules. The software allows us to host up to 5 of our eLearning courses. We can then also provide access to these eLearning modules to our customers. We use the back end system to measure how many employees at the customer completed the modules and we can run reports and provide them to the customer.

Pros

  • Back-end system is easy to use.
  • Pricing for what we pay for the subscription is not exorbitant.
  • Provides very good uptime (never down or having maintenance issues)

Cons

  • It is a little clunky to find our courses on Kajabi.
  • Customer service is not the best.
  • Provide better response time to issues.
  • Allows for us to offer eLearning.
  • We can manage our customers' expectations.
  • More broad than what we are looking for.
The back-end system can be used efficiently and has flexibility. It doesn't have a lot of unnecessary functions or un user-friendly features. We have had no issues using the system and would continue to use it with the current functions and features. I would rate it as user-friendly yet flexible.
Absorb LMS didn't have the ability to quickly and efficiently import courses without a lot of necessary customization. We also didn't think the price point was very good compared to other LMS and to Kajabi. Ultimately we settled with Kajabi due to all of the functionality we needed and for the price point.

It provides a great system to host and manage eLearning modules. We use it for just that purpose alone. It has a lot more functionality that we just don't use, so for us we may be better suited with an LMS that was more targeted, but the price was better than more targeted offerings in the market.
