Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Kajabi to create exceptional learning experiences for participants in our programs. We download webinars, printable pdfs, and articles, and turn all our materials into learning paths for our learners. This is very helpful in organizing the study process. Also, we use an email function to remind our participants that they need to read or watch some materials or notify them about new information available in the system.

Usability

The core function works well and is easily navigated, but some functions are limited and sometimes inconvenient. We used forums a lot and wanted to download videos, but it is possible through YouTube only. But these are the minor issues. Most of the functions are usable. Also landing pages give limited options to customize design.

Alternatives Considered

Wix and Tilda

Kajabi is more adjusted for learning needs. While Tilda and Wix can help to create very customizable designs for landing pages and great checkout experiences, Kajabi is more convenient for creating learning sequences. The best way is to use all these platforms together, so they can support the optional customer journey from landing page to learning on the course.

If you need to create a self-paced course, Kajabi works well, if you want something complicated, and want to check homework and communicate a lot with students, Kajabi must be used in complex with other resources like Slack and YouTube. But anyway it is a good platform to create a digital course.
