Overall Satisfaction with Kameleoon

I recommend and implement Kameleoon for my customers who are focused on conversion rate and engagement. Its technologies are based on IA and are real-time oriented. Personalization, A/B testing are easy thanks to automation. Product managers are free to be more creative. I also like their dashboards to follow promotional messages impact. Very user friendly and efficient.

Pros

  • Promotional campaigns follow-up.
  • Real-time decisions based on IA.
  • Dashboarding.

Cons

  • Not working on old browsers like IE7 which are then excluded from the A/B test.
  • Conversion rate increase between 5% and 60%.
  • Shopping basket increase can reach 50%.
For 3 years, we have been suggesting new features and Kameleoon's team take them into account. Not all features but the main features have been developed. Moreover, we appreciate their availability if needed. We had a critical issue during the Christmas period and the problem was solved in one day. Customer orientation is a reality for them.

Kameleoon is well suited for promotional campaign real-time optimization thanks to in-house algorithms, data activation and lead management. Very useful for a real omnichannel strategy (onsite, email, apps and display). I like homepage personalization also. AI simplifies promotional messages A/B testing.

Less appropriate for branding strategy.
