Overall Satisfaction with Kameleoon
Our main objective on the site is to generate qualified leads, not done by forcing the visitor but by convincing him. We therefore put up a whole logic of optimization of the site to address the visitor in the best way along his purchase journey which extends over several weeks. With Kameleoon, we can use very specific targeting criteria on our personalizations that integrate artificial intelligence, which is the base on which we build our lead generation strategy through experimentation.
- The team's 'experimentation-oriented' mindset really allows us to project a roadmap of challenging tests in line with our market. It really is a trustful collaboration that we have with them. The intuitive aspect of the product knowing how many complex features it offers also is a huge asset.
- We rely on Kameleoon's technical teams to develop our more complex use-cases and we encountered situations where as the development goes, scenarios we thought were out of the case now have to be taken into account in order to fully perform our experimentation upon visitors. Result of that being delays in the launches.
- Kameleoon's most compelling asset for us is their technical resources. We couldn't start producing complex use cases without resources on our side.
We work with both tools which complement each other very well.
