Overall Satisfaction with Kameleoon
We are a webmarketing team of 3 people, and we use Kameleoon on a daily basis to launch A/B tests and personalization.
Our main goal is to ease the customer journey on the website, increase the conversion rate, and challenge the UX/UI aspects.
To do so, we use Kameleoon to create temporary banners and pop-ins without any code, thanks to the widget editor and the personalization module - we also do some A/B test on our pages such as : changing the color of elements, adding some text above a CTA, adding a CTA, changing the position of elements on the homepage and so on.

- The consulting team (always available to help and guide us - Thank you [C...] !!)
- Segmentation (it allows us to easily target a specific audience)
- The tool is very intuitive and easy to use
- We don't have a lot of cons to report, the only one would be that it could take some time to be fully efficient on the platform (due to a lot of functionalities)
