Overall Satisfaction with Kantata Cloud

We use it as a way to track project progress, as well as tasks within the project. It also allows us to track to easily track the time spent on every specific task.
Another use for Mavenlink is the ability to communicate efficiently regarding individual project. This avoids a lot of wasted time and confusion.

I have not had much experience with this other product, It was only for a few months during a part-time so I did not have to interact with the product on a regular basis.
However, Mavenlink is much more intuitive and requires little to no training prior to using it. It is also more flexible in its ability to display project status in a variety of ways.

It is appropriate and even exceeds expectations 90% of the time. It makes project tracking very easy and visually accessible for most cases. The only occasion where Mavenlink came slightly short was for a special project that required more interaction options among project members. I am certain there are ways to work around that issue, but we did not find them.

Using Kantata Cloud

300 - I do believe all or almost all employees in the company I work in use it. It is used to track our weekly work hours. This feature allows us to track the amount of time spent on meetings, as well as billable vs non-billable tasks in order to optimize our time at work.
2 - I received a quick introduction to Mavenlink and the features I would need to use by the project manager, who spends much more time working with the product.
