Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently, Keap is a massive integration for PlusThis. Keap users make up a decent amount of our users, and we use it ourselves to manage contacts, run campaigns, and we utilize many other incredible features. Without Keap, a vast majority of our users would not be our users, and we would not be able to work alongside Keap to bring the most optimization to a CRM as possible. Keap has features, and a sense of simplicity that many other platforms do not - and that alone is enough reason to solidify with Keap.

Alternatives Considered

ActiveCampaign, HubSpot CRM and Zapier

The simplicity that comes with Keap is unbeatable. The amount of times that a campaign has to be done in Keap specifically because of the features that are available - such as easy HTTP Posts, and Merge Fields options - is too many to count. The other platforms are great, but not as focused on bringing ease to automation like it's supposed to be.

Likelihood to Recommend

There are many instances - and many businesses - that could benefit from the use of Keap. For us, it comes most in handy when using many of our tools - as Keap was often considered when designing the tool. That being said, Countdown Timers tool and the custom image link feature on Keap work perfectly together, and add a sense of urgency that contacts didn't know they needed.
