Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
I currently use Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) for my businesses and for my clients. The system allows for ultimate flexibility and has so many features in it that I use on a daily basis. From sales funnels, email marketing, membership sites, process, and procedures to sales team management, there isn't a single area of the software that I don't utilize. This is what every small business needs to lay down a great tech foundation that will allow them to grow as their company does.

For the features and the stability of the platform, Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is heads above the competition. A business can utilize Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) without having to connect it to 17 other platforms and get 80% of what they need. They are flexible enough that you can add on whatever you need to make up that last 20% and it is pretty easy to do (really simple with Zapier).
