Overall Satisfaction with Keepit

We secure our employees' mailboxes and share mailboxes with KeepIt.

Pros

  • The user interface is easy to understand.
  • It works without the need for maintenance.

Cons

  • The audit log could be a bit more deatailized and easier to search.
  • Previously, we only had the option to restore deleted mailboxes via Office365 and that was no longer possible after more than 3 months.
  • The ability to restore documents to OneDrive as well gives us the ability to use OneDrive much more efficiently.

We use it mainly to give employees access to mailboxes of employees who have left and when employees have accidentally deleted emails and need access to them again. Especially helpful here are the many different options to enable access to the mailboxes. Depending on whether the employee needs access to the data only briefly or permanently.
