Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We are backing up all of our MS Office 365 data (Mail, Onedrive, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.). Our retention policy ensures that we can go back 10 Years in our backup. This is much more than Microsoft offers natively. Keepit helps us to easily restore all O365 content and to be compliant with DSGVO regulations. The tool was developed further during the past year and usability has improved and is still improving.

- Saving time (though it does save time ..) or cost reduction was not the main target to buy Keepit.
Restores are fast and easy to manage. Fortunately we do not often had to restore something.
Keepit is running reliably without having to take care every day. Very comfortable to use.
During the evaluation phase, we compared mainly two tools. The first one was "Datto", the second one was "Keepit". Both tools would have done the job but crucial was the look and feel of the Keepit management portal and the more versatile restore functionality of Keepit.
