Overall Satisfaction with Keepit

We heavily use KeepIt to backup and protect all our Cloud services. KeepIt has been a great solution so far. It is easy to navigate and work through the platform. It has indeed made a great significant difference for our organization.
The Support Team are pretty quick in responding to your requests and have a great turn around time. Although, in future, I would like to see the improvement in their documentations and Knowledge Base articles.

  • Improvement in the Documentation and Knowledge Articles.
  • The feature to restore to anywhere.
  • The ability to pause a job (backup or restore operations).
  • To be honest, it is slightly more expensive compared to our previous solution, but KeepIt does have more features and does more compared to many other solutions, and hence we went with it.
Keepit has definitely gave us a peace of mind. The power to be able to protect and recover all our cloud services using one platform is just amazing.
Keepit's simplicity is truly outstanding and has saved us a lot of time from how it's being maintained by the KeepIt team itself.
One of the main reasons we went with Keepit was that it provided the feature to backup and protect EntraID and that had InTune in their roadmap.

So far, KeepIt has been easy to configure and suits what our organization was looking for.
Although, it took some time to navigate the platform, they continue to improve and kept things simple.

Using Keepit

7 - I'm not sure if I understood the question correctly, but we have a total of seven Admins/ Architects who uses KeepIt to support our organization. Our renowned seven vary between Junior Sys Admin to Senior Sys Architects. Because our team of Administrators take on various roles in the organization, we regularly and usually have two junior Sys Admins stay on top and use Keepit to support our daily activities/ tickets that comes either on a daily/ weekly basis.

Keepit Support

I don't think I have come across any other organization that are as quick as Keepit when it comes to product support and answering questions promptly.
The tool or feature to submit a ticket is pretty simple and easy to use and our Keepit Rep has been very impressive at scheduling check in meetings and being available whenever we need them. Hence, the reason for my rating on this question as a 10.

I don't think there was a premium support for Keepit. I'm pretty sure support was based on tiers and we got the Essential tier support for Keepit. We didn't think the higher tiered support was necessary. The support we have received so far has been impressive and we have no complaints. Our rep has always been available and always quick to get back to us when we have questions or concerns.
I don't think we have ever had any issues with Keepit that required us to escalate to a higher level. But I can tell you that, as new customers, trying to navigate and learn this new solution in our organization, Keepit has always been there to answer our thousand questions.
I will try to edit this response if Keepit doesn't provide exceptional support. :)
