With Keepit we can retrieve multiple files from different platforms which gives confidence inside the organization. Most of the users trust more in IT Team because of the Keepit tool, and we have a lot of tickets for retrieving lost information. It´s one of our most precious tools and we recommend for all organizations to start using it.
Since it´s a simple tool to use, Keepit doesn´t take too much time to understand and use, which means that our IT Admins are happy campers. They use constantly and since it´s a SAAS tool, it´s one less burden to manage in storage wise. Our IT Admins appreciate this tool and it´s going to be very difficult to replace.

Yes - Veritas Backup Exec, and we replaced because of the simplicity of usage as well as a more favorable financial proposition.
