Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We use it as our cloud to cloud backup and recovery solution for business-critical Saas data. Native backup is limited and not sufficient to meet our business reqs, thanks to Keepit we solve it.
Pros
- It excels at itam level recovery without complexity
- it is indipendent, stored in a separated and immutable cloud
- it provides a strong trasparency about backup status and hystorical versions
Cons
- More complex restore scenarios can feel less streamlined. Some wizards would be appreciated
- Advanced discovery use cases could be stronger. It would be helpful to have more advanced filtering
- We got very positive impact when it recevered our managing director mailbox
Being a cloud to cloud tool, it works without any impact, it is an assurance that you don't see but it works.
We started to use in hours, not days. And even we don't access every day it is very easy to use.
