Overall Satisfaction with Keepit

M365 Backup, enhance restore functionalities due to MS limitations and BCM scnearios in case MS is not available.

Cons

  • Service Reviews and Customer accompaniment
  • proactive checks and feedback to customer
  • troubleshooting sometimes very long
  • no ROI its more a insurance
  • restore options which MS does not have is helping users
own datacenter and local datastorage was one of the major decision points for Keepit
very simple and easy to use

technical solution is quite well but after sale completed onboarding and accompaniment in operations can be enhanced.
