We use it to monitor our fleet drivers whereabouts, as well as using it as our ELD.

They are the best, with no issues.
One-stop-shop. It monitors my drivers, keeps their ELD up to date, and helps with safety or speeding issues.
It has yes to fail our company. When I go to the app it is always accurate and always prompt.
Verizon sucks, never could edit driver logs, the location was always wrong. Once I switched to Motive all issues disappeared.

I can see where my drivers are located so I know how long my yard crew has to prep for the next load. This also gives me the opportunity to add or subtract from loads. I had a late add-on instead of bothering my driver who was driving I was able to monitor his whereabouts and make the decision to add the load which helps satisfy our client.
